All international orders are typically shipped within 72 hours via DHL or FedEx. A total landed cost of shipping, duties, & taxes is calculated and collected at checkout. Orders over $400.00 USD will ship Express (3-5 business days) while orders under $400.00 USD will ship Standard (6-14 business days.) Due to this, please note that we will ship your order once all items in your cart are ready.
Taxes, duties, and import fees are non-refundable.
If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to EF Collection. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Should you wish to return your items, please note that we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and will deduct the cost of the label from the original total once received back to our office. All returns must be shipped back with a return label generated from EF Collection. Should you wish to exchange your times, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, refund the original order, and ask you to place a new order with the desired merchandise. At this time, we do not cover shipping for international repairs.
We offer international shipping in nearly all countries, except for Mexico, India, Sweden, Italy, Bosnia, Lebanon, Laos, Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Burkina Faso, South Africa, and Brazil.
