EF Collection - Production Coordinator Role

The Production Coordinator is the strategic and structural backbone of the production process. Working closely with the Production Manager to receive and allocate goods, manage all new samples and keep inventory system accurate and clean. This is a dynamic, detail oriented, and fluid position with the following responsibilities.

Receiving & Allocation of Goods:

• Receive all finished goods from various vendors

• Allocate finished product to specific web and wholesale orders

• Print and organize tags for all new SOs 
  
  

Inventory Management & Repairs:

• SKU creation & maintenance in our inventory system. 

• Product transfers between warehouses when needed

• Pull product for weekly photoshoots

• Keep new collection samples organized

• Keep track of all repairs.

• Weekly drop off of repairs to various local jewelers.
  
  

Production:

• Maintain cross-functional design calendar from design inception to physical approved samples. *Ensure all deadlines and deliveries are met. 

• Maintain / Update Line sheets

• Lead weekly production WIP meetings 

• Understanding the profitability of product costs to achieve margin goals.

• Develop & implement policies and procedures to enhance dept. operations and efficiencies.

Requirements:

1-2 years production experience
